Crunchy Broccoli Bell Salad

  • 2 cups broccoli stalks

  • 3 bell peppers, red yellow, and orange, de-seeded

  • 3 scallions

  • 2 ears of corn, cup off the cob

  • 2 celery stalks

  • ½ cup raisins

  • ½ cup walnuts

Place broccoli, peppers, scallions, nuts and celery stalks in food processor

and pulse until finely chopped.

Place in bowl and add raisins

Mix well and refrigerate

Options: add vegannaise to salad
