Crunchy Broccoli Bell Salad
2 cups broccoli stalks
3 bell peppers, red yellow, and orange, de-seeded
3 scallions
2 ears of corn, cup off the cob
2 celery stalks
½ cup raisins
½ cup walnuts
Place broccoli, peppers, scallions, nuts and celery stalks in food processor
and pulse until finely chopped.
Place in bowl and add raisins
Mix well and refrigerate
Options: add vegannaise to salad
