Raw Ranch Dressing
1 cup raw cashews (soaked for at least 4 hours)
½ cup water (plus more if needed)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. fresh dill (chopped)
2 tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. dried chives
¼ tsp. black pepper
Drain cashews. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients until
desired consistency. Add a little water (one tablespoon at a time), if needed.
Taste and adjust lemon juice, salt or herbs if desired.
