Raw Cashew Cream

Ingredients:

1 cup raw cashews

1/2 cup water (plus more for soaking)

2 tablespoons date syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Place the raw cashews in a bowl and cover them with water. Let them soak

for at least 4 hours or overnight.

After soaking, drain and rinse the cashews thoroughly.

In a blender or food processor, combine the soaked cashews, 1/2 cup water,

date syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy

Adjust the sweetness or saltiness according to your taste. Store for at least

one hour to thicken.
