Pasta Sauce
2 lg. cans organic tomato sauce
1 med. onion (chopped)
2 med. carrots (julienned)
1 cup fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. basil
3 tbsp. garlic powder
4 garlic cloves – minced
4 tbsp. avocado oil
Stir fry veggies and spices in avocado oil
Transfer to stock pan and add sauce. Simmer for 1 ½ hours med/low
